Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about executive leadership, our engagement models, and how we work with organizations to deliver measurable results.
Executive Leadership
What is an executive?
An executive is a senior-level professional who provides part-time strategic leadership to organizations, offering C-suite expertise without the cost of a full-time hire. They typically work 10–20 hours per week and take ownership of a specific function (marketing, growth, operations, or customer experience) as a member of your leadership team.
How is an executive different from a consultant?
A consultant advises and makes recommendations, then moves on. An executive takes ownership: they lead your team, set strategy, make decisions, and are accountable for results. They operate as part of your organization, not outside of it. Think of it as having a seasoned executive on your team without the $250K+ full-time commitment.
What types of executives does Radosevich Advisory Group offer?
We provide CMO (marketing leadership), CXO (customer experience strategy), and CGO (growth and revenue strategy). Each role integrates with your team to build systems, drive results, and create scalable infrastructure.
How much does an executive cost?
executive engagements typically range from $3,000 to $15,000 per month depending on the role, scope, and time commitment. This is generally 30–50% of the cost of a full-time executive when you factor in salary, benefits, and equity. All engagements begin with a complimentary diagnostic call to ensure fit.
How long do executive engagements last?
Most engagements last 6–18 months. Some organizations use an executive to build a function and then hire a full-time replacement. Others maintain the arrangement long-term because it delivers the expertise they need at the right cost. There are no long-term contracts, we earn our seat month by month.
When should I hire an executive instead of a full-time hire?
Consider an executive when you need senior leadership but are between $1M and $20M in revenue, can't justify a $200K+ salary, need to move quickly, or want to validate the role before committing to a full-time hire. It's also ideal when you need strategic direction but already have a team that can execute.
Working With Us
What does the diagnostic process look like?
Every engagement begins with a complimentary 20-minute intro call to understand your challenges and goals. If there's mutual fit, we conduct a 2–3 week diagnostic that includes stakeholder interviews, data review, competitive analysis, and a prioritized roadmap. You'll leave the diagnostic with clear next steps whether or not you continue working with us.
What industries do you specialize in?
We have deep experience in healthcare (concierge medicine, practice management), private capital and investment (EB-5, investor relations), real estate development, and professional services. However, the strategic frameworks we use (customer experience design, growth systems, marketing infrastructure) are transferable across industries.
Do you work with companies outside of Florida?
Yes. While we're based in Palmetto, FL, we serve clients nationwide. Most of our strategic work is conducted virtually with periodic in-person sessions for key workshops and planning. The model is designed to work effectively in remote and hybrid environments.
What makes Radosevich Advisory Group different from larger consulting firms?
Three things: hands-on execution (we don't just deliver a deck, we build the systems), principal-led engagement (you work directly with Andrew Radosevich, not junior associates), and operator DNA (our frameworks come from building and scaling businesses, not just advising them). We're a boutique firm by design.
Engagement & Pricing
What engagement models do you offer?
We offer four models: Diagnostic (2–3 week audit and roadmap), Build (30–60 day implementation of systems and infrastructure), Lead (ongoing executive seat with monthly cadence), and Project (fixed-scope initiatives like CRM implementation, rebrand, or market entry). Most clients start with a diagnostic and progress to Build or Lead.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No. After the initial diagnostic, all ongoing engagements are month-to-month. We believe in earning our seat through results, not contracts. That said, the most impactful work happens over 6+ months as systems compound and teams mature.
How do you measure success?
We establish clear KPIs at the start of every engagement, typically tied to revenue growth, pipeline volume, retention rates, NPS scores, or operational efficiency metrics. We provide weekly or biweekly reporting against these metrics and adjust strategy based on data, not assumptions.
