What is AI enablement?
AI enablement is installing working AI systems inside a company's real operations and leaving the team able to run them. At Radosevich Advisory Group that means agents and automations in production, measured against a written success metric, not a strategy deck.
How is an AI advisor different from an AI consultant?
A consultant hands over a strategy and leaves. We scope the work, install the agents and workflows ourselves, and stay accountable until the agreed system is live in production.
How does Radosevich Advisory Group deliver AI?
Every engagement runs on four phases: Audit, Architect, Install, Govern. Audit ranks the highest value opportunities, Architect designs the build, Install puts it into production, and Govern measures and expands it.
Do we need technical staff to work with you?
No. We build every system and document it so a non-technical team can run it. If you already have an internal team, we build alongside them and hand off everything.
What platforms do you build on?
We are platform agnostic. We regularly build on Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, n8n, Make, Zapier, ElevenLabs, and custom integrations, and we choose for fit with your existing stack and cost.
Engagements and pricing
How much does AI implementation cost?
radstart installs one workflow in three weeks for a fixed $7,500. The AI Enablement Diagnostic is a fixed $9,500. A single workflow Sprint for a mid-market company is a fixed $32,500. Multi-workflow Programs are priced per engagement after scoping.
Where should we start?
If you already know the one workflow you want fixed, start with radstart. If you want a ranked plan across the business first, start with the Diagnostic: three weeks, three to five ranked opportunities, a readiness scorecard, and a 90 day roadmap.
Does the Diagnostic fee credit toward a build?
Yes. The full $9,500 credits toward any Sprint or Program booked within 60 days of the Diagnostic.
How long does an engagement take?
A single workflow ships in three to eight weeks. A multi-workflow Program runs 16 to 24 weeks. Most Diagnostics begin within two weeks of signing.
How fast will we see payback?
Sprints are scoped so payback is documentable within the first quarter after launch. Scope and success metrics are agreed in writing before we start.
What happens after the system is live?
Most clients move to a monthly advisory retainer in the Govern phase to measure performance, maintain the systems, and add the next use cases.
Private equity
Do you work with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies?
Yes. The sponsor often introduces us and the portfolio company runs the engagement. We work alongside operating partners and supply the execution capacity to deliver the value creation plan they have defined.
How long does an AI diligence take?
A portfolio diligence typically runs two to three weeks.
How do you report impact to a sponsor?
In the terms the investment committee uses: EBITDA impact and contribution to the value creation plan. Board-ready reporting is typically in place within 30 days.
Can you work across several portfolio companies?
Yes, through a sponsor advisory relationship that covers the portfolio.
Security, healthcare, and working with us
How do you handle security and compliance?
Every engagement includes a security and governance review. Healthcare engagements include a HIPAA posture review.
Do you work with healthcare practices?
Yes. We install claims, intake, and patient communication workflows for independent practices, specialty groups, multi-site networks, and concierge practices. Andrew Radosevich founded Practice Management Consultants and built Forefront Concierge Medicine as an operator.
Who does the work?
The principals. The firm is deliberately small and senior, Andrew Radosevich leads every engagement personally, and you are not handed to a junior bench.
Where are you based, and do you work outside Florida?
We are based in Palmetto, Florida, in Manatee County, and work on site across Tampa Bay. We deliver remotely across the United States and travel on site for larger engagements.
