- $7,500/month covers up to 3 production workflows and a monthly review. The price moves toward $14,500 with more workflows under management, regulated data, and twice monthly executive reviews.

90 Day Proof Period
Billed monthly in advance. After the first 90 days, the retainer runs month to month with 30 days' notice. If the monthly reports do not show the value, you leave.

Do we need a retainer after a build?
Not always. Simple, stable workflows can run on the runbook alone. Workflows that touch several systems or regulated data need someone watching model updates and vendor changes.
