Questions
How much does AI implementation cost for a mid-market company?
At RAG, a 3 to 5 workflow program runs $85,000 to $140,000. Published 2026 ranges for multi-workflow builds at boutique AI firms run $50,000 to $150,000.
What if we only want the Audit?
Stop after the Audit phase. You pay 20% of the Program fee and keep the full opportunity map.
Can we credit an earlier engagement?
Yes. The Diagnostic credits 50% of its fee within 30 days, up to 25% of the Program price. radstart and the AI Operator Sprint credit 25% within 90 days.
How do you decide which workflows to build?
Each opportunity is scored on dollar impact, time to value, and risk. You approve the final list at the Architect gate.
Does this help us sell the company?
A documented, governed AI operation with measured results is something buyers can verify in diligence. The governance charter and results reports are written for that purpose.
Who does the work?
The founding principals lead every phase. Specialist partners are named in writing before they touch your systems.
